AI on your own hardware

We build local AI for any size of enterprise — and help you put it to work.

Capable, private AI inside your business: open-source models running on machines you own — no per-token bills, no data leaving the building. And we don't stop at the install. We train your people and build the software around the models, in small, tightly scoped projects.

Start with a pilot

See it on your work first

A short pilot on our hardware — your task, your data handled under NDA, a measurable result — before you buy a single machine.

Why local

Grounded in how business here actually runs

Your data stays in the building

Customer records, contracts, patient files, financials — none of it leaves for someone else's cloud. POPIA compliance in the simplest way possible: the data physically never leaves.

It keeps working when the line doesn't

Connectivity drops, power gets shed, cloud goes down at the worst moment. A local setup answers anyway — every install is sized with power protection and offline operation in mind.

Costs you can see coming

Cloud AI is a meter running in dollars. A local setup is a once-off investment in rands. After that, heavy use costs about the same as light use — roughly, electricity.

The models have caught up

Open-source models now read and write documents, summarise, translate, transcribe, process images and reason well enough for most enterprise work. We prove it on your tasks first.

What we do

Three services — most take all three; start with one
Hardware Installed

The right iron for the job — no more, no less

We scope hardware to your workload and budget, not a sales quota — a single GPU workstation, or a rack with redundant power. We tell you honestly which you need.

  • Workload assessment and hardware sizing
  • Installation: compute, networking, storage, cooling
  • Power protection: UPS, inverter, solar-ready
  • Security hardening and documentation your IT can use
Deliverable
a running, tested inference environment, not a pile of boxes.
Models Tuned

Open models, matched to your work

We track the fast-moving open-source ecosystem so you don't have to: which models handle documents, speak your languages, fit your hardware. We set them up, tune them, and keep them current.

  • Selection tested on your tasks, not leaderboard scores
  • Right-sizing and quantisation so models run fast
  • Multi-user serving — whole teams working at once
  • Retrieval over your documents; fine-tuning where it pays
Deliverable
models that do your work, with the evidence to show it.
Software In use

A server in a corner solves nothing

This is where most AI initiatives die: the technology arrives and nothing changes. We build the software that connects the models to your operations, and train your people until using it is normal.

  • Practical staff training on what models can and can't do
  • A company assistant on WhatsApp or Slack (OpenClaw)
  • Tools built into email, documents and your systems
  • Document pipelines, automation, handover and docs
Deliverable
working software your team actually uses — and the skills to keep it.

Who it's for

Finance & professional services

Contract review, compliance checks and client document processing, on files that can't leave the office.

Healthcare

Dictation, summaries and records support, with patient data staying inside.

Legal

Research, drafting and review across your matter files.

Agriculture & mining

Field and site reports, image and sensor analysis, far from reliable connectivity.

Logistics

Customs paperwork, delivery documents, and the admin that follows every load.

Public sector

Citizen services and internal knowledge, sovereign by design.

If the work involves language, documents or images, there's probably a fit. If there isn't, we'll tell you in the first meeting.

The cost promise

Kept deliberately small.

The point of local AI is that it's affordable. Our job is to keep it that way — so heavy use and light use cost the same. Use it a hundred times a day or ten thousand, the bill doesn't move.

  • A small senior team — no army of juniors billing hours
  • Fixed scope, fixed price for each stage, agreed before we start
  • Working software every few weeks, not a big reveal after a year
  • Open-source all the way down — no licences bought on your behalf
  • Stop after any stage and keep everything delivered so far
Once-off Per project Optional monthly Never per-token

Questions we hear

Are open-source models really good enough?

This year that question flipped. Open models now match or beat named frontier models on real benchmarks and trail the very best by only a few points. And the pilot lets you see them on your work before you spend on hardware.

What happens when better models come out?

You swap files, not machines. The hardware is the durable investment; models are software. A refresh is part of the retainer, or a small once-off job.

Who maintains it after you leave?

Your IT team after handover, or us on retainer. Either way it's documented, and you're never locked to us.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

For public information and light use, sometimes you should. Local wins when data can't leave, when usage is heavy, and when the connection or the exchange rate is part of your risk.

Start a conversation.

A conversation about the problem, not a pitch. Bring one painful process to the first meeting — we'll tell you the smallest setup that solves it. If local AI is the wrong tool, we'll say so.
